TRUE FACT Cannabis Training’s goal is for our customers to be happy with all of their purchases. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, please feel free to return it per the terms of this Return Policy. You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for a full product cost refund. Items must be in new & unused condition with tags and packaging intact. TFC is also happy to exchange your new, unused item for a different item/size/color. - No returns or exchanges on any products after 30 days.
- Special Order Products are not subject to return for any reason.
- Any approved return MUST be accompanied by our Return Authorization as forwarded to the customer.
- The item(s) the customer wishes to return must not have been used and must be in new condition. Be sure to include all accessories, packaging, documentation and tags.
- Any potential return must be initiated within 30 days from date of purchase and proof of purchase is required from the customer.
- Should a return be authorized, the goods MUST be returned in its original packaging.
- Depending on circumstance which will be determined at the time of request, the customer may be liable for restocking charges and/or freight charges.
- The Vendor/manufacturer’s warranty applies in all events as the primary warranty policy.
- In the case of an approved return, it will be inspected by the vendor/manufacturer representative as part of the determination process.
- If TFC made an error in your order we will provide you with a prepaid return label, otherwise, the customer is responsible for return postage and insurance.
- We strongly recommend that you ship the return with a tracking number.
*If any of the conditions above are not met, TFC reserves the right to refuse your return or charge up to a 20% restocking fee.
To exchange your item for something else, it is best to return your item for a full refund and place a new order through our website. That way you get your new item quickly and don’t risk it selling out. As always, feel free to give us a call to set up your exchange or if you have any other questions.
All items must be returned in their original, like new condition, including the manufacturer’s packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories. All products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship according to the manufacturer’s warranty. Please enclose a copy of the receipt and reason for returning or e-mail Customer Service. Shipping costs will be refunded only if we shipped the wrong product or if the item was defective
